Miss Nancy's Dried Blueberries

We Pick the Best, So Should You!

Blueberries

Blueberries are one of the few fruits native to North American and are high in Vitamin C, A, B1 and B2. Blueberries have the highest antioxidant capacity of 40 fruits and vegetables studied. Rich in anthocyanins, blueberries have always been popular in desserts and for breakfast, but lately they have been gaining fame for their health benefits as well. In fact, they have been figuring prominently as functional foods because of their potential beneficial effects on eyesight, memory, and various aspects of aging, including short-term memory, balance, and coordination.

Blueberries were endorsed as "The Miracle Berry" by Prevention Magazine (June '99).
