The infusion and drying process used in Miss Nancy's Premium Dried Berries employs the most recent, innovative technology available. The unique design permits the fruit to retain its natural colour, chewy texture, and flavour even when dried.

The process begins by preparing the fruit through a slow, natural infusion process with stabilizers and heated only enough to ensure pasteurisation.

Once the fruit has been infused, it then passes through a three stage, single pass, conveyor drier to preserve the colour and flavour.
